1. What material is the Guangrou dust-free drag chain sheath made of?

The Guangrou dust-free drag chain sheath is primarily made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene, also known as Teflon) and e-PTFE (expanded PTFE) materials. These materials offer a low coefficient of friction, good wear resistance, non-stick surface properties, excellent chemical stability, and resistance to both high and low temperatures, making them suitable for cleanroom environments. Depending on the product series, the sheath may also be a composite structure of PTFE and TPU. Yes. The Guangrou dust-free drag chain sheath can be configured with different flame retardancy levels and anti-static performance based on project requirements:

  • Flame retardancy: Standard configuration can achieve UL94 V-0 rating. Other flame retardancy standards can also be customized upon request.
  • Anti-static (ESD): Customizable with self-antistatic solutions offering surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω, suitable for electrostatic-sensitive environments.

When customizing, customers should specify their flame retardancy and anti-static requirements in advance so that the sheath material formulation and structural design can be adapted accordingly.


4. Can the color of the Guangrou dust-free drag chain sheath be selected? What is the difference between white and black?

Guangrou dust-free drag chain sheaths are available in both white and black:

  • White sheath: PTFE natural color, standard configuration, and the most commonly used option.
  • Black sheath: Available upon request for customization, suitable for equipment with specific color requirements or customer standardization needs.

  • Installation orientation: Supports standard mounting, inverted mounting, side mounting, and other configurations.
  • Fixed end and moving end position: Can be reversed based on equipment structure requirements.
